Baking Bahulu and The Pineapple Tarts
The second day is a day more
excited because we get to see the real one on how to make “Bahulu” and “Pineapple Tarts”. It is made from our own ethnic Malay. Look easy but it also needs
a lot of forbearance.
Processing of "Bahulu" :
( we need to prepare the mixture and place it in the batter. Then, bake and there was "Bahulu")
Processing of “Pineapple Tarts” :
( take a mix and make it look like a shapes of cup and fill it with the pineapple tart. Then, circle it and cut into the form of pineapple by using a small scissor and there was a “pineapple tarts” )
Processing of "Ubi Kayu Chips" :
Very challenging and need a
high degree of patience and for me,
every single thing we do need patience. Therefore, this is the
processing of ubi kayu chips.
( we need to cut and slice the ubi kayu. Then put the ubi kayu that has been sliced into the machine. Please, be careful when doing it for preventing your hand from being harm and cut. Then, fry until crisp after soaked in turmeric water. Wrap in plastic when it is ready.)
